What does it mean to be deactivated? Do they tell you they are doing it, or do you just realize one day that you no longer get shops from them? If you are deactivated, do they pay you for any jobs you have completed and not yet been paid for?
I have never been deactivated by them, but I know shoppers who were. They DO pay you for any completed, approved shops after you are deactivated. Sometimes the shopper gets an email saying that MF will no longer be offering them shops. The shopper is still able to log in, they just cannot access the search area and search for shops. They can still see their completed jobs and their past payments. Sometimes, there is no email notification, but when the shopper logs in the just cannot get to the search area. If the shopper sends an email question to the Help Desk, they reply and tell the shopper that MF will not be able to offer them future shops. Sometimes the deactivation is an error, and the shopper is reactivated after sending a Help Desk question.
Post removed as it breached the Forum guideline which states, "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Additionally, it is usually an ICA violation to name both the MSC and client.
