Someone told me once they process payments in alphabetical order. I have no idea if that's true, but if it is, I'm far (very far) down the list.
But you're also saying, when you click on the payment to get the details, that some of your shops are not on the list?
I would e-mail the helpdesk right away. They'll want the shop ID, date, location, all that good stuff for each shop you're missing.

No payment for May. It is June 24th and I finally got paid. BUT not for any shops in May, only for my first 4 shops in June! Wonder what is going on. Over $300 missing. Hmmm.. I have been shopping for them since 2006 and they are always great about paying. Must be problems with their computer system. They are a good company.
Mine is a fraction of what it should be. I think I'm over it and moving on to other things.
I'm wondering, at this point, if it not a case of them not having the money, but that their system has crashed that has all our approved shop info. Maybe they are bringing them back week by week and that would account for why all approved assignments are not showing up.

My last name starts with a C. There is no payment listed for shops I did in May or June.
This is a reasonable possibility. It would be helpful if they would just say what the problem is.
I guess whoever said they paid in alphabetical order was just spreading false rumors. Something we don't need right now. But a lot of it is going on. I think i will just stop visiting mystery shopper forum@callinectes wrote:

Market Force sent me this note over the weekend: June 22, 2019, "We are very sorry that our payments have been a little erratic this year. It is nothing we want either. We can say that we are trying to get the consistency back in Shopper Payments and will not stop until we are there and have dates that the Shoppers can rely on.
Please note though that the Independent Contractor Agreement says the payments will be around the 15th to 20th, not by the 15th to 20th. A small point of difference that still does not negate our intent to restore consistency to our payment schedule. Thank you for sticking with us through these growing pains."

Same here. They show a DD for shops done in early June but nothing for my May shops.
I did not say they pay in alphabetical order.
I said someone told me they process payments in alphabetical order.
I also clearly stated that I have no idea if that's true.

And I also still show no payment, partial or full, for May or June.
In the same boat owed over $600 for may...only $24 is in my payment history that involves two jobs from begining of june
My DD for my May shops, which are to be deposited THIS MONTH is INCORRECT also!!! My TOTAL amount is SHORTED by $16.39. I have emailed the Help Desk. The actual amount is not yet showing up in my bank. This is what is showing up on the MF page that shows the DD amount each month. Every month UP UNTIL JUNE has been correct. The amount for June's DD is off by $16.39. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Elmer Fudd said it well: "There's something awfully screwy going on around here!!"

It's very likely they are in the middle of a batch process that hasn't completed yet. So you're only seeing the individual shop payments that have been processed.
Or you could all keep your panties in a bunch over it.

I haven't received payment yet, or any pending notification. I do see my May shops approved, though. They used to be like clockwork.

FWIW, my Pay history at MF shows the total of a shop I completed in early June, but not the correct total for May shops. It has today's date (6/24/19) listed as the "check date"

It appears some of you are not getting your complete payment details. On the MF website home page click on your Shopper ID in the upper right hand corner. Then click on My Account. Click on Payment Details and then click on Payment History. Finally click on the total amount shown for 6/24, or any other date shown, and you will see a line by line recap of each shop paid with the fee and reimbursement for each. For me it only shows shops I completed in early June and nothing for my May shops.

The same for me. Only paid for a few shops in early June. NOTHING from May.
I've just become accustomed to MF being like clockwork - I'm sure it will work itself out sometime this week. I'm sure they have enough people blowing up the help desk today, I'll just wait.

Are you saying that YOUR entire payment is posted correctly for this month? Are you also saying that it is reasonable and possible that some folks are not looking at the full payment report and reporting back here that only a fraction of the amount owed them?
If so, is this a change in the way that payment information is posted on shopper pages?

No, I’m only saying that some people may not be aware that you can “drill down” on the MF website to see exactly what shops are covered by your DD or check total amount. Again, as many have reported, my DD is just for shops completed the first week in June. I see nothing for my May shops. I’m sure it will eventually get corrected. They are obviously having some major problems with their payroll system.

This makes me think it's still in progress and we shouldn't read too much into the payment amounts yet.
