Marketforce payment

It appears some of you are not getting your complete payment details. On the MF website home page click on your Shopper ID in the upper right hand corner. Then click on My Account. Click on Payment Details and then click on Payment History. Finally click on the total amount shown for 6/24, or any other date shown, and you will see a line by line recap of each shop paid with the fee and reimbursement for each. For me it only shows shops I completed in early June and nothing for my May shops.
Thanks, kenasch...didn't realize you could do that. So when I checked, it only shows 2 shops (of the 7) that I did in June, and nothing about the 3 shops I did in May! So strange!!!

Thanks for the guffaw, CaliGirl! With all this stuff going on, I needed a good chuckle!!
Just received this email from MF:

We apologize for the confusion regarding the payment for June shops as opposed to May shop payments. We are investigating this and hope to have a resolution soon. We will be posting a portal message updating shoppers as soon as we can. We reassure you that the payment you received is not in lieu of the payments for May shops. Shoppers’ Direct Deposits for May shops was supposed to have been sent to our bank on 6/21 for posting today, in addition to checks being cut and sent. They were not, as you sadly know.

Our management team has been investigating what went wrong. They will let us know as soon as they know what day the deposits will be made. And as soon as we know, we will post a Shopper Message on the website so please continue to check that.

We are hopeful we will have a date for you before the close of business today; however, if not, our Supervisor will be monitoring the communications all weekend in order to get the word out to all of you.

We cannot apologize enough because these monthly issues should not keep occurring and please know that we are working very hard to get back to the consistently issued payments that a lot of you know to be one of our hallmarks going back for years. We will get back there and we appreciate you sticking with us!
They only show 30 days history, regardless of what has or has not been paid.

My Payment History was just updated today, It is messed up, the shops listed are from this month (June) instead of the shops from May. This helps make sense of the email posted.

I just checked the Market Force payments for May shops. They have my payment as $39.75. I'm owed over $200 for shops I did in June. They better update that. Check your payments for June.

I just noticed most of my shops I completed in May are not on my list of completed shops. I keep a spread sheet of all of my shops.

Peak Performance withheld over $100.00 me, clearly with no intentions of paying me. I did a circuit of 10 Bank Shops for them a couple months ago. I scored very well on all of the reports, ALL 10 of them yet I only received payment for 2 of them. The scheduler would not return my phone call or my emails initially so I became a little more persistent in an attempt to simply get paid. When I finally heard from this scheduler she told me that 8 of those shops were tied up in QA and then informed me that I would not be paid for those 8 shops because Quality Assurance said it looked like I copied and pasted my answers from one report to another. I have never even attempted to do that, nor would I ever. I have been shopping for almost 15 years and I have never been accused of that and I was very offended. That was my return response to the scheduler. I never received a response back, nor have I gotten paid. Also note: All 10 of those shops were for the same Bank but a different location for the same product inquiry. If the answer is the same at one branch and at another, then the answer is the same.
I don’t have anything showing about payments on mine either.
Interesting that the shopper message board hasn't been updated today, just the message from 6/22. Makes me wonder if management is overly concerned about getting May payments to shoppers.
I just received a payment for 2 Market Force June shops. I did a lot in May and no payment received for those. Has anyone received payment for May shops yet? Note ion website stays they are working on it. I am worried as I have a lot of out of pocket. Thanks
Just checked my payment history, showing a DD issued today for all of my shops done on 6/1, but NOTHING for the month of May, which was over $500. So yea, partial payment of June's shops and no payment for May.
My cross-post from another thread here:

MF website still lists my payment made today for a few June jobs, but NO payment deposits have been made into my bank. I sent payment questions to the help desk early this morning, and, no surprise, there has been no response. Looks like MF using the Trump business model and we're being played for suckers.
They have never made a mistake before, but this month I received a payment for a shop done on 6/2 (never before!) and none for May! I was expecting a $100 check for May but they completely skipped it! Anyone ever dealt with non-payment before? What do they ask you for?
There is already a thread covering MF payment issues.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
@lowcloud it surely is. I still haven't been paid yet for shops completed on May 10th. I sent another email today!
Having same problem! Completely skipped over month of May and paid me for a June one on 6/2 only. Says direct deposit went in on 6/24.
I also show a payment for 6/24/19 (that I haven't yet received). It shows $26 when I'm owed more than $200 -- not including the shops I did at the end of May that apparently being held over for next month.
I also wrote to them because I didn't see my May shop in payment history or on the assignment status page. I was told that they "disappear" when they're being processed and will re-appear in payment history once paid. So they go into limbo for a few days, apparently.

Yes, I also received the same email. Fortunately for me, I had only scheduled 3 shops for July. And I only did 3 shops in May and 7 in June. But until this is all resolved, I just went in and cancelled my 3 July shops, and explained that I cannot in good financial faith do any more shops until this is all resolved and I am properly paid for my May & June shops. I feel badly for those who have much more at stake in this than I do.
It appears that there is still no payment for May shops completed. However, it seems like they're going to pay us for a few days for the beginning of June, probably to give us some money to work with. For the first 4 days of June I'll receive $47, but I've actually earned several hundred for the entire month of June so far.
The Payment History is updated based on a file from their accounting department. In the past, our History is sometimes updated ahead of schedule, sometimes after the disbursements.

Based on an earlier post, those of us that see an update do not have the correct information. They are in the middle of both handling the correct disbursements as well as getting the correct feed updated to the Payment History.

You might get better feedback on this MSC if you create a new thread about Peak Performance. The shopper forum members who are reading this thread are mostly concerned about Marketforce payments. All the same, I am sorry to hear of your misfortune. I never had heard of this company. Maybe it's a good thing I am not signed up with them!

It shows $41 for me and it shows they are paying for 3 shop all completed in June. They are melting down.
Lol, at least some of you are getting some money, even if it is June. Owed $925.43 for May and $305 for June till I stopped shopping because of the pay issues for May. My shops still show, but no payment history updates since May 20th payment. What's really bad is they haven't updated the shopper message to give a date or if they have begun processing payments. Sad, really sad!

I believe they're talking about Pinnacle Financial Strategies. They're a fantastic company. I've never had any major issues with them at all and they pay like clockwork.

Have done some research in the areas that I shop. In looking at available shops, I just noticed that one of the major clients is not showing on the board anymore to be shopped. Maybe something, maybe not, but certainly interesting and worth monitoring. Would explain alot if they have loss that client.
While this may be a concern, especially for those that have so much invested in to last month's shops, I don't think that this is the mass "screwing" that many of you might think it is. They definitely screwed up, but I don't think that the ship is sinking or anything like that. If they don't figure this out this week and have it figured out way in advance of next month's payments, then yeah, I'd worry a bit, too.

I know several people have a lot of money tied into this and think about why you do, it's because they have paid in the past, as they said they have done and USUALLY, by this time of the month. However, I'm not jumping off the train yet. MF has never been my bread and better, in fact, I only did one shop for them last month and only have 2 so far this month, but I'm not jumping ship quite yet. I have always been paid by them and as of yet, have never had a payment wrong or did I have to chase payment. This is annoying, absolutely, but it might just be a bump that they were ill prepared for. Businesses have growing pains, whether they've been at it for a year or a decade.

As far as clients not being on the board, you might be out because of rotation or you've maxed out on them. It might be because they lost them..companies change MSC all the time.

I've been watching off and on today, with interest. So far, neither my husband nor I have any payments showing, for May or June, but our May shops have disappeared off our shop history. Naturally, I have all emails and documentation for those shops, so I'm not too worried...if we get through tomorrow with no pay? Then I'll send them an email...
Jenny Cassada - I think that the expression "Once burned, twice warned, three times a fool" is what is behind a lot of the concern. Long term shoppers can remember the established companies that just stopped paying and went out of business, or went bankrupt, and even a case when the owner died and no one got paid. There was a panic about ath Power about two years ago, and after a month, the system got fixed and most shoppers have forgiven them. I hope for your sake and for the sake of those owed lots of money, that your viewpoint is correct. It is always good to have a calming voice.

Edited to add: Nature abhors a vacuum. Mystery shoppers abhor missing payments. When information is absent, rumors will fly. MF is doing a poor job of managing information flow, thus leading to rumors which will escalate to fill the information vacuum.
