Red Quanta

@mgerols eChecks take FOREVER to clear, but thankfully mine did. Holidays and weekends are no help, either. 3-5 BUSINESS days. Ugh.

Heads up everyone! Red Quanta (thru Carrie Coyle) sent out an email recruiting for Feb audit shops. In the email they state payment in approximately 6 weeks. After I wiped the tears from my face from laughing so hard, I sent a reply to Carrie asking why she would send that out knowing that payments are actually +3 months out and then only after we constantly demand it. Guess my mistake was expecting Carrie to have a conscience.

To anyone considering doing these jobs....Be prepared for an extremely long wait.
@loca4gato If you want another laugh, their "approved" text messages say you'll be paid "within 30 days via Paypal"...
Well I decided to try this MSC. I completed my shops in mid-November. Still waiting on payment even after emailing them and being told I'd get paid by 1/15/19. I have no problem getting paid weeks or even months later, just don't lie about when it's coming.
I have multiple hundreds of dollars outstanding with Red Quanta, but the first check did come through, although quite late. Then when it did, it was a Paypal eCheck, and that takes 3-5 business days (count on the 5) to clear, once Paypal emails you and says, "It's coming"
@ravensr4real I was also told 01/15 as a payment date. When I didn’t get it and contacted them, I was told it would be the second week of Feb and they apologized for the “inconvenience”. I immediately shot back a reply and asked if they would only feel “inconvienced” if the company did not pay on their next payday.
I am owed $400 by them for November and December. I decided to start shopping for them after i brought my preemie son home on oxygen from the hospital. We are in isolation and not allowed to take him out unless it is for doctor's appointments. Suffice it to say, that has hurt my ability to mystery shop and bring in money for my family. I decided to finally try these, after getting emails for months. I know they are reimbursement only, but it was helping with the groceries, and helping add a little brightness to dinner to get take out sometimes. Now i am completely regretful. Abner has assured me several times that payment was coming and was just taking awhile to process coming from India. I just sent an email to every contact I found in this thread. I hope it gets me paid like some others have!
Still waiting payment for shops that I completed in November-January. I have held off doing anymore shops as I have yet to see a single payments. I was told payments would be sent in January and just emailed them again letting them know I am still waiting. The email reply back to me was received in less than 5 minutes from Abner and he also sent it to three others asking them why they haven’t followed up with me about payments. This is rather frustrating and leaves me nervous if I’ll ever see any of my money back. Will keep you posted on what happens.
@sshoppergirl & @Headfoma1 Keep it up. It took almost three weeks of constant calling, but I did eventually get paid mid-January for November shops. I'm starting now to push for December. I still get the run around, but it did eventually come.

Just don't expect the money to appear whenever you get the notice from Paypal. It's still the better part of 3-5 business days for it to clear. Look for a Paypal eCheck.
I had this happen too. I had to email them and they changed my info to USA. Then I was able to add my email and paypal address.
What phone number did you call??

833-833-0909. It's toll-free.

I used [mspa-americas.org] and searched for "red"

The phone will likely ring and ring, then the ring sound will change. I believe it is a Skype number. When (if) they call back, it will likely be from a Private Number or No Caller ID.
10-foot pole list after reading this thread! Nope. Not working for them.

Seems like everyone has payment issues lol

Does anyone think it's a good idea to start a class action lawsuit? I am also owed over $600 and have been ignored and given false promise of reimbursement dates. Can we start a collective campaign to contact all of the food delivery services as well as Google (since Redquanta claims to be testing for their new platform) letting them know about the lack of payment and lies?

I don't know how else to get their attention.

They are in India. Good luck with that.

Between being in India and the involvement of Carrie Coyle, I don't feel sorry at all for anyone that was aware of these two factors. Why would anyone outlay that much money for an unknown company? FOMO? I took zero of these. I just sat back and watched the train wreck.
Contact info doesn't seem to work.

LosAngelesShopper - you may want to do a search here and find the info about Carrie Coyle.
Good luck everyone!

After catching up on the last few posts, I went to check my email, and voila! An email from Carrie asking if I can do some delivery shops. I'm amazed that they're still trying to recruit shoppers, with all that's going on. Deleted that sucker real quick!

Does Carrie Coyle have a bad reputation?

You are kidding, right? Carrie is a convicted felon who served prison time for fraud with mystery shoppers and was ordered, as a condition of her probation, not to work in the mystery shopping industry. After changing her name and violating that condition, I think she finally has the legal right to work in the industry. Links to all this are available her in the forum discussions, along with a crazy response from Carrie herself to our forum's discussions of her criminal history. If you search the forum, you'll find a lot of discussion.

ATTENTION EVERYONE who has been affected by the RedQuanta lack of reimbursement:

I just spoke with (client) and they are taking this matter extremely seriously.

The best thing we Shoppers can do is visit this link: (removed the link)

and request a call back (they called back right away) and explain that you have used (client) for services initiated by RedQuanta, etc and they will email you a form to fill out. The representative told me they will work with the credit card companies, banks, etc to process returns.

I hope this will work in our favor and get the ball rolling on RedQuanta. I've also been in contact with MSPA and they are trying their best to help us with this issue, as well. Please keep us informed of any new details and spread this link to other RedQuanta forums so that everyone can, hopefully, recover their money.

You just violated your ICA.

What does this mean?

#1 you can’t call the client ever
#2 you posted the company and the client.
I’ll go back and edit my post. It’s tough to go on my phone.

You’ve been shopping for five years?
I don't understand something. For all of the posts regarding why Red Quanta will either not pay or issue payment extremely late, why are many of you still shopping for them?
