Eric asks: I don't understand something. For all of the posts regarding why Red Quanta will either not pay or issue payment extremely late, why are many of you still shopping for them?

Bob replies: A few years ago, Instant Replays was neither paying their shoppers nor a scheduler. One of the forum members, knowing the situation, believed the owner when he stated she would be an exception. To her credit, when she was also not paid, she posted the fruits of her labor: Nothing! I assume some folks simply want to have faith in what is promised. As for me, though, I have not a single masochistic bone in my body.
Would LosAngelesShopper be able to start a new thread in the general discussion that did not name the MSC and provide the link which the client has REQUESTED non-paid shoppers utilize?

You just violated your ICA.

What ICA? Seriously, look at the Red Quanta website and point me to the ICA. I just went through their registration process with a dummy account. There is nothing in the process that has a shopper agree to an ICA at any point. I'd be glad to be corrected if someone can either post a link to an ICA or paste the text of one in this thread.
Red Quanta is the only MSC with which I refuse to sign up.

Request a call or live chat and they will send an email to which you'll reply with details.

Also, a law firm just reached out and has requested more information to see what they can do...I will share any information that would be helpful to my fellow Mystery Shoppers experiencing nonpayment.

I never did any for them either. I’m just not planning to shame a fellow shopper that they have some moral/legal obligation to a company that is obviously fraudulent.

It may not be in your Red Quanta "agreement" but I believe we agreed to something resembling the don't mention the Client and MSC together in a post in the Forum Agreement. Couldn't tell you where it was though. Maybe someone else can?

@jrich You seriously were paid in Indian Rupees?

Fortunately you can tell paypal how you want to receive the money, US Dollars.

So I tried two new methods to attempt to recover my money. First, since I was paid by Carrie once via Payal, (in January for November shops), I sent her an invoice (or money request) on PayPal. Second, I contacted the MSPA stating my issue, and was told that “dozens” of others had also contacted them stating non payment from Red Quanta. Savannah said they’re trying to get this “resolved” as soon as they can. So there’s that. Might be worth a try for some of you
This is all such a shame. The food ordering shops were a boon to my family. I saved thousands of dollars on food last year, so I'd obviously still be doing them if Red Quanta wasn't so sketchy. I did do RQ assignments early last year, before it turned out they were awful. I did eventually get paid for those assignments, but I'd much rather be working with BVA or one of the other companies that paid within days.
I'm owed about $800 and was told that I would be paid by February 4th. Of course that did not happened. I wrote and finally got an email with no apology, just a notice that the payment will not be made for another 4 weeks. Then she (shubhangi@redquanta.net) had the nerve to tell me that all payments will be on time, after the one I will get in four weeks and that I should do more shops after that!
What link is this?

Erased per LosAngelesShopper’s explanation and concern

Just now received from Abner:

"I would like to Inform you probably the december payments will be made by the end of the next week. Sincere apologies for the Inconvenience caused."

Here's to hoping it actually happens! If it does, then it's on to bug, bug, bug for January...

Key word here is "probably"

You are mistaken. After I asked about her here and searched for her, I read her post explaining her history and went to reply. As you'll see, the "Like" and "Reply" links are next to each other. Unfortunately, you can't unlike on this board. So you might want to take down your post attacking me when I'm trying to help myself and other Shoppers get their money back.

As far as Carrie goes, as I stated before, I was actually paid by her for shops completed through RedQuanta. I believe she assigned those shops and the others (which I've not been paid for) were scheduled through Benita Maben at RedQuanta.
I spoke with Google Pay again and after some digging, the representative told me that the payments posted in my account for the RedQuanta shops don't show the specific amounts or where the money went. They only show the dates and "approved" status. He said this is very odd and suspicious. He directed me to report this to Google...wish there were an easier way to get Google to take some action and stop what's happening. He also suggested I file disputes with my cc company. Anyone have input on this? This seems tricky because the actual restaurants who were ordered from delivered on their end. It's RedQuanta who's not reimbursing for the reports completed. ???
