I also got the online training. Last month I got 2 shops, and this month 4. I think I would have been more comfortable getting the full training, but am glad I didn't have to wait for one to come around.

I quit shopping full time in January when I started working. My Chipotle training was in December, so I decided to solely do their shops.

I did the full training and I'm glad I did. I got so much from the visual aspect of the training.

Online training here. They came to the area I moved to only after I moved away! I would have preferred the real deal but feel mostly comfortable now, a few months in.

It's good to know the MSC went to an online training as opposed to cutting our fees again.

Their new item, queso, is now on the menu. I hope next month's shop includes it in some way. It seemed like everyone was getting it.

I saw that on my last shop. I was watching the crew members on the line and looked up at the board and saw that they have queso. Then, the next day, I got an email from Chipotle announcing that queso is available. I wouldn't mind trying it.

Isaiah, remember a few months ago there was some buzz about a new menu item? It's queso...melted cheese with jalapeno, tomatillos and spices blended in. I can't wait to try it!

I do my shops on Sundays. I don't recall seeing it last week. When did you see i?

They had it at the location I mis-shopped but not the other locations I went to.

Something good came out of the mis-shop after all?

I believe remember now. The reason for the question mark was because I was going to say something but I forget what it was *lol*..

Boy I wish thy will contact me for trainig. I will do anything for this. Even if it is online training.

Tonight when I was googling Chipotle to get the phone number of the location I was shopping I got a stream of hits about the queso. I did not click on any of them but the subject line on each basically said that the customers were very disappointed in the queso. They have had it in my area since last month but I have not tried it.
On the happy side, the KQ this month has brought me lots of guacamole.

I hope the queso isn't a required order in the future. It tastes awful.

I wonder if the folks who don't like the Chipotle Queso are used to the Velveeta Dip.

I heard on NPR news this morning that Chorizo is going away. Anyone else hear this?

CG, what didn't you like about it? Which queso are you used to?

@HonnyBrown, I heard the chorizo was going away, too, but i thought i read it on the forum. Members here are days ahead of the news cycle.

Chris, I like the chorizo, but it was a once in a blue moon treat. I'm sorry to see it go. I guess I will have to get a bowl this weekend!

I tried the chorizo once or twice, and it was good. I usually get carnitas or barbacoa. Has anyone tried the sofritas? I like tofu, but never tried it.

I tried the Sofritas once when it first came out but thought it was not tasty...It seemed dry so I never ordered again even though it looks pretty moist now. I prefer to get the Veggie where I get lots of fajitas and guacamole too.
I have not heard that the Chorizo is going away although it seems to me it does not fit with the "healthy" eating image Chipotle seems to want to have. Doesn't Chorizo have lots of fat in it?

Probably no more than any other sausage. We do need to eat some fat and I find chorizo one of the tastiest

I did a shop last night right before going to a movie (date night), and totally spaced on doing the call. Do you think they'll reject it if I call today instead? I guess I need to get in the habit of doing the call before I do the shop instead of after like I have been doing.

@lunajumper, contact the scheduler as soon as you can. I did the same thing once was told to call first thing the next morning, but i would definitely inform the scheduler first.

This month is the first month I should be getting paid for these shops. Nothing has hit my bank account yet. Should I have it by now and need to contact them or is it really around the 20th and not exactly the 20th?

I asked about it a few months ago. eyelove2shop said it was good and tasted like ground turkey. I tried it and liked it a lot. It's in my lower calorie rotation with chicken and steak, so I get it at least once a month. It does taste like ground turkey.

@jasimon1, this MSC pays like clockwork on the 20th. Sometimes they pay early. I would check into it.

@jasimon1, contact your scheduler. She can provide you with an email address (which I did not provide here because it includes the MSC name), and your issue will likely be resolved in short order. Like ChrisCooper said, these folks pay reliably. I've been shopping with them for about 11 years, and the one or two times that I have had an issue, it was because of a bank routing number discrepancy.

I'm new to the Mystery shopping world, 3 months I would like to find more MSC's that can give me a more of a variety of shops than what I have been doing. What MSC does Chipolte?
