They need to be told, or reminded, that when they are answering the phone (and saying their name) that they need to speak clearly and concisely or slower so that customers can understand what they are saying. I had to ask for one employees name three times to get her to say it clearly. By the time I got there to pick up my order she was asking me why I asked for her name. I told her my daughter was pregnant and we were looking for names. Geeze and holy cow.
