I did a shop for MCP in July. It has been in payment pending status since the end of Aug. It is now almost the end of Sept.
I haven't heard back on requests for status sent to the scheduler on 9/6 and 9/10. No doubt he has been having to do so much way beyond his job duties tracking down payments for us all, so I don't hold it against him at all.
I sent another note to him tonight just in case, but.who is the next person to contact?
I understand MCP has undergone some difficulty, but many of us have been patient for a long time and have been willing to work with them. However, it is difficult to remain patient. When they expect us to submit timely reports, it is only fair that we get paid on time or at least somewhere close to their stated payment schedule. It makes me wonder about their future viability as a company.
