I would really like to be paid also. I performed a video shop two years ago for which I have never been paid. I've called from time to time, and been told that there isn't any manager who can speak with me. To my knowledge, the scheduler who worked with me is no longer at the company. Recently, I have started calling every couple of days, to the same tune. The receptionist always tells me she's sorry, bit there's no one, and she promises to forward my message. No one ever calls me back. What can I do to be paid?

My June shops are saying "payment pending". I've never seen that before? Do we know how long they will be "pending?" I have to give you a "shout out" for being so awesome at responding to all of the shoppers on this board! Well, I am amazed! I just sent the information about the shop to Lorri last night. Lorri got my information over to Kimberly Nasief, and Kimberly reached out to me right away, and explained what had happened, which was apparently that I hadn't signed a certain agreement I thought I had signed. I was paid today! I am impressed and thankful. I appreciate their efforts, and my good opinion of Measure has been restored.
Measure has changed its pay date to the last day of the month following the month you complete the shop. If you do not see it by the 31st, please let me know. The "Payment Pending" status means that the money has been transferred over to PayPal, but is waiting to clear with them. Thanks!
Thanks Pete! I wish MeasureCP would've notified us about the payment date change?! Did they post something on their site or Sassie & just missed something??

Has everyone been paid for June? It's still showing as pending for me. I wrote to Pete last week and he wrote to them, but no word back from them. It's not a lot of money, but I earned it!
Will never work for MeasureCP again. I suppose I'm fortunate to have never had problems being paid before, so a company that does doesn't pay, doesn't warn they're not going to pay and doesn't respond to questions about pay is definitely not worth it.
I did a job from their Shopmetrics board in early June and never got the July payment for it. I'm not ever sure who the "scheduler" would be -- and needleess to say my emails to their general inbox have gone ignored.
I meant to update this. I was paid just shortly after I posted this yesterday. I don't know if it was a coincidence or maybe it was a delayed reaction from the contact made to them by Pete. Either way, I'm happy to get paid and will definitely not work for them again.
Lori at KSS was nice enough to pass my issue onto them and I was paid within minutes. I am very grateful as it was not a shop she or anyone at KSS had scheduled. I immediately signed up for a non-bonused KSS shop at a location that often stays unscheduled until the last minute as a token of my appreciation.
I received a payment via PayPal on 8-9-18 and an apology comment.

Received my payment for July shops right on time -- just letting y'all know. Hope this bodes well for the company, that they are back on track.
Still having payment issues! This is just so disappointing. they used to my favorite MSC but Every month these issues have been happening for quite awhile now. They obviously know they are having pay issues so they could at least send out an email warning us ahead of time that there could be delays. I have budgeted to do as many shops in a month that it costs to pay my bills so when this happens it puts me in a bind! I was reading previous posts about how they changed their pay dates but didn’t notify shoppers of that either. MSC’s demand we communicate with them. Don’t we deserve the same respect in return? Thanks for letting me vent. Not sure if anyone else has been having recent issues?

I did a shop for MCP in July. It has been in payment pending status since the end of Aug. It is now almost the end of Sept.

I haven't heard back on requests for status sent to the scheduler on 9/6 and 9/10. No doubt he has been having to do so much way beyond his job duties tracking down payments for us all, so I don't hold it against him at all.

I sent another note to him tonight just in case, but.who is the next person to contact?

I understand MCP has undergone some difficulty, but many of us have been patient for a long time and have been willing to work with them. However, it is difficult to remain patient. When they expect us to submit timely reports, it is only fair that we get paid on time or at least somewhere close to their stated payment schedule. It makes me wonder about their future viability as a company.
I would say that the business may be in some trouble. When I went to log in to my account, the shopper login page lead to a Under Construction area.
I actually emailed Lori Kern today regarding payment that is two months late. Hope that she can assist.
Hi again everyone. Lorri and I are once again trying to do everything we can to help. Junk1958, I hope you are the one that I responded to yesterday or the day before. I'm not purposely ignoring you, and you have definitely been included in our efforts, it's just that sometimes I really don't have the answer so I forward it over to Measure hoping to hear back so I can reply, or even better, that they will reply to you. Thank you all for remaining patient, some for way longer than what is acceptable.

Lorri, are they paying your scheduling company on time? I cannot imagine that you would continue to schedule shops for them if you are getting your payments as late as the shoppers. I am not doing any more shops for measure until this is taken care of for real.
I heard today that Measure has been bought out by HS Brands. I’m wondering if anyone has heard anything in regards to this?
I haven't heard anything, but that would be nice. I miss doing a casual dining coffee-shop in southern CA. Service Check had the account until it went to Measure CP.
Hi Pete - No I haven't received a response from anyone. As I say, I just figured you were so busy trying to facilitate on behalf of MCP. Am sorry you are in the middle as I am sure that you and Lorri didn't sign up for that. Should I send you another note? Kind regards -- junk1958.
Please do, so I can be sure it was sent over to them. There are so many emails over the last few months that I can't keep full track of what was sent over. But yes, we have been quite stressed trying to do what we can.
