Indeed! In fact, I'm waiting for the delivery shop in my area to go up from $15 to 18 or 20 before taking it.

Nice! Where are you? I'm in Austin and no way they would get that high so I figure I might as well take what I can get. You win some, you lose some I guess.

I'm in a suburb of NYC. There are actually two in my area that always stick around. Sadly, I can't get the second location to deliver to me.
Does anyone know when the reimbursement is going to increase? I read that somewhere on the forum.

I didn't see that, Honny, but it can't come soon enough. Yesterday at one I got a hot dog and the total was over $14. At the other one I got a veggie sandwich without cheese which came to $12.60, so there's not much room left in that reimbursement!
The only time I can stay within the budget is on the curbside delivery, where you can order a bottle of water instead of the fountain drink.

The delivery shops were still showing as $15 today with no MAO, so I called to ask if I could get my usual $20. The person I spoke to claimed that they could not even see the delivery shop, even after I asked them to check with a supervisor, even after I gave them the shop number. I ended up giving in and taking it myself for the $15 fee since I had a Doordash gift card that I wanted to use. So I applied the gift card to my DD account, only to discover that it was showing up as a discount on my order! I figured that I would never get reimbursed for that, so I created a new DD account and ordered that way. DD gave me free shipping on my first order, which I did not want since I get 5% back on my credit card purchases at restaurants, but had no choice (just as I had no choice but to have the gift card credit used).

At least I'm getting the veggie sandwich I wasn't able to get at this same location a couple of weeks ago.

BTW this week's dine-in shops are now $18 with MAO. The person I spoke to on the phone was seeing those, even though I am not in rotation.

Is this for FG Curbside pick up, or a “delivery” shop that you are selecting pick up for?
Reimbursement just dropped here in Canada. 13% HST here. the $14 it had been covered a fountain pop, grilled cheese and little fries. Now it's $12.75. Not going out of pocket for these. The one I did today was $14, but everything on the board except one shop is now the lower amount.
Curbside. I guess it makes sense that it would be easier to carry a sealed bottle to the car instead of a cup filled with liquid.

Are they even doing curbside shops anymore? I have not seen them in a while.
I did one about ten days ago.

I saw a curbside offered a few weeks ago, though they're definitely less common now than they were over the summer and early fall.

What amuses me is they continue to offer Dine-In shops in the Queens borough of NYC, where indoor dining has been banned since December (although it was announced today that indoor will resume in NYC on Feb. 14 at 25% capacity). I got a bonused one for Sunday and will just pick up and go.
The stores around me stopped offering curbside as an ordering option a couple months ago. I actually had a curbside shop scheduled back when they first stopped offering curbside, which I discovered when I couldn't request "curbside" while placing my order. When I notified the helpdesk and asked what I should do, I was told to report the location as "closed". Too bad...I only got $3 instead of the $15 I would have earned otherwise. And now it is impossible to get any bonused shop around where I live, even for dine in (which I am not comfortable doing). They are all snatched up at base pay long before the week of the shop.
I benefited from a flake today.

I called the schedulers on Thursday and they weren't offering bonuses. I took a shop from the board for lower than my normal fee. This was for Friday. After I submitted the report I checked the board. There was a shop for my normal fee in my preferred area.

I asked the help desk if there would be a reimbursement increase due to the fact that the meal choices are very limited.

"Hi the reimbursement is controlled by the client so we cannot increase it at this time" was their response.

No scheduler calls Friday. Usually they are on me like a pit bull on a poodle on Fridays.
I got a call on Wednesday from the US scheduler asking me to do a location that they still had left over from last week, the lunch dinner and late night I told her I really wanted one of this week's shops since they were online and phone and I wouldn't have to eat there. She would not give me my usual $25 for those but said she would make a note. Well, no one has taken those shops but someone DID take the online lunch shop I wanted, presumably for $12 since that's what it was listed at. So I put in for last week's dine-in lunch that's listed at $25 but made an offer of $35, and it was rejected.

It's been snowing here pretty much every other day, so there are limited days that I'm going to be interested in doing these. You'd think with so many available for this particular location that they would accept a reasonable offer!
Called the scheduling number this morning and got the guy on the phone. He was unable to offer me more than the $25 that the shop was listed at, even though it had Make An Offer. Decided to take it anyway since I was heading in that direction and haven't had FG in a while. My local restaurant is showing as available for this week's lunch, so I'm back in rotation. Will hold out until that goes to $25 on Monday.
I got a call from an overseas scheduler asking if I would go to the closest (less than a mile away) location tonight or tomorrow night for $25. I declined. You know how they're usually pretty aggressive? When I told him we would have six inches of snow on the ground by dinnertime and the high temperature was going to be 2 degrees Fahrenheit I could hear him gasp. He asked me when things were going to improve and told me to stay warm before he ended the call.

Samantha was kind enough to send me an offer for a curbside shop for $24. I emailed my date and it's a go.

There was a sign on the door of my location tonight that said they were closed due to weather. MSC website says I will get paid 'half of original amount or $3, whichever is greater". Anyone know what the base price of the shops is? It's been years since I've taken one for that amount :-)

In my area, they always start them out at $9, which is at least an improvement over the $6 they used to start them at pre-COVID.
This week's shops are on Make an Offer. Got my usual $25 for my local restaurant. Sadly both lunch and dinner were dine-in this week, so I took the dinner shop since it came with a shake.

I have never been able to get over $22 for a Make an Offer.
Do you normally get higher than that for any location? I have found that if I ask for my usual price they approve it. Was pleasantly surprised that they did it today instead of waiting for Monday. It had been listed at $15.

My MAO was accepted today a few minutes after I applied. I made it $1 less than my normal fee.

That was very generous of you smiling smiley. I feel like if I take a lower price one time, they will hold it against me the next time.
The overseas schedulers are turning me into a call screener. I feel like I can't talk to them unless I check the board price first. Today one of them tried to offer me a shop for $3 less than board price. Obviously that didn't fly. They have done this before, more than once. I'd like to believe this is just sloppiness but the cynical side of me thinks it's a strategy, and it stinks.
