Measure CP Payment

Has anyone who used Shopmetrics been paid yet for April shops?
My shop shows as paid on the payment statement in Shopmetrics but I never received the money. I did reach out to Pete at KSS before I realized there were 2 different platforms being used. I did not get a response from Pete which is completely understandable since I was not scheduled through his company, I had also contacted my original scheduler who said that she would look into it. She made no mention of the company's accounting fiasco that was mentioned here and feigned surprise over the lack of payment. Now I can't get an update from the scheduler. My fear is that since it is showing as paid over a month ago it is going to take a while for them to completely reconcile their cash accounts to determine that I really never received the funds.

Yes, Sarah, you are correct.

I do hope they get this all straightened out. It seems the shoppers performing shops from the platform you used are having greater difficulty being paid than shoppers who were scheduled by KSS.

That seems to be the case. This is a mess!
Great News!
Yesterday, I emailed Lorri from Kern scheduling and today I was paid the correct amount due.
Needless to say, I am thrilled.
A giant thank you to Lorri as she was definitely instrumental in solving my dilemma.
And I also want to thank everyone on this forum - you offered great advice.
Brenda
And the payment for my May shop is showing as pending -- right on schedule!

I hope this is a sign MCP is back on track!
I have not been paid for a March shop and have not received one single response to all the phone calls and emails. For anyone still trying to get their money, the email address accounting@measurecp.com has now been disabled.

Forgive me, but posts like this, "Welcome to the forum! You will get paid. The owner posted an explanation of what is going on with the company a few pages back. Be patient," are premature.

Hey Lisa,

Here is the new website: mcpfieldagents.com. I don't know if they have any contact info on it, but you can look. They finally paid me today, my scheduler was instrumental in getting me paid. If you have not done so, have your scheduler submit an invoice to them. That is what mine did for me. Good luck!!!
There is no scheduler to help me. My shop was through an outside video scheduler. Thanks for the updated website, but that is the link to their Sassie site. My shop was on Shopmetrics. Even the Sassie site still shows the domain as measurecp.com which has been the domain for all their email.

My scheduler was an outside schedueler too. He was nice enough to help. The info I gave you is what he gave me. You need someone to push it through for you, so you get paid sooner.... #hotmess.org
Then I won't get paid. I have already been told to contact accounting because the scheduler has nothing to do with payment.

Lisa, I'm confident you will get paid as well. This just seems to be a hiccup.

Really Honny? Another month has gone by and I've gotten diddly squat for a March shop while others have been paid for April and maybe even May. Ya think I should just consider it a Christmas club account?

I would continue being persistent. You need to call and email every day.
It seems like the scheduler would try to at least help you get payments, that really is terrible to work and not get the money you are owed. I am afraid to do work for them

Most of the people that got paid, including myself, had the help of schedulers to move the matter forward in their system. The company is going through something, because from what I heard they usually pay in a timely manner. I think they will get it together, but it is sad that they are not communicating with their shoppers and keeping them advised.
Anyone get paid for May yet? Mine has been pending for almost two weeks. I'm giving up. No more shops until they get their act together.

My May payments have been pending for two weeks as well. I have emailed and left messages without any reply. WTH.
Hello, I did an overnight shop in mid May. Still have not been paid but it says “payment pending”
Pete was initially very accommodating through email and now he will not reply to my emails. It’s very concerning since my shop was expensive. I have called 3 times, left messages, emailed Pete 3 separate times with no replies suddenly but he’s sending out shops still? Jenna sent out shops and I told her my dilemma she said she sent it over to supervisors but I feel like nothing is being done. I just want simple answers so I can either decide to stay or move on from with this company. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect timely payment especially when I waited 6 weeks for the payment date. My shop was rated 9/10 as well.

I have not been paid either

Are you a new shopper? If your are, I will give you a tip that I live by: I never put out a substantial amount of money doing shops with a company I don't already have a good history with. And if it were me, I would never do another shop with a company that has not paid me for previous work done. And before I sign up with a new company, I check the forum to see what shoppers are saying about it.

I am sure they will pay you, eventually. They are going through something right now.
I have done about 4 compliance shops without issue of payment which is why I decided to do a larger shop. I didn’t think to check a forum prior to doing it.

That makes sense, since you had gotten paid for the four previous shops with no issues. However, in this business I like to have worked with a company consistently for a year or more before I put out larger reimbursement amounts. This is NOT the first time something like this has happened with a MSC.

Thanks for your input.

Your quite welcome. One thing you will find is that we stick together on this forum. You always have a community of shoppers to help you with EVERYTHING. When I first started they were there for me, I feel blessed to be able to pay it forward now as a seasoned shopper.
I did my first shop with them on 7/6/18. I received a e-mail from Pete through KSS. So we will wait and see

Does anyone have a current email address for anyone at Measure? My last two emails to their accounting department have been returned as undeliverable and my payment is 86 days late.
